 What is Organizational Accountability?

Holliday│Kenning provides leaders with a comprehensive toolkit to develop a culture of accountability. We recognize that what differentiates high performing organizations is their ability to turn their strategic plans into desired outcomes. The accomplishment of these outcomes is entrusted to an engaged workforce.

Organizational accountability incorporates our 4 C formula that is a collaborative process between leaders and employees:

Clear Goals + Continuous Bench-Marking + Courageous Feedback = Culture of Achievement

Employees must understand what is expected of them and have the training and tools to accomplish their goals and objectives in their roles. In addition, goals are evaluated and readjusted along the way. The collaborative nature of evaluating goals for clarity and having regular checks helps create a culture where supervisors give meaningful and actionable feedback that ultimately demonstrates commitment to helping employees be successful. Learning how to effectively offer constructive feedback helps managers be effective in their role.

Within the accountability formula, supervisors and employees partner together for success by learning how to give and receive feedback. We teach how to provide feedback as informal and continual coaching approach and not a “one and done” annual formal report. We teach supervisors the importance of asking meaningful questions and actively listening to fully engage with employees and increase retention.

Using the LPL model for accountability, organizations create a culture of achievement.
